7:50 AM Mandatory Pre-race Meeting
8:00 AM Triathlon Starts (Run, Bike and Swim)
10:30 AM Estimated Awards Presentation and Lunch (Planned-Based on Finishers)
Note: Arrive early! Anyone entering the gate who does not have a Department of Defense (DoD) ID, will need to provide two forms of ID and will need to complete a background check. Suggested arrival time for those without a DoD ID is 0530-0600.
Events:
5K Run, 40K Bike and 400M Swim
The race course can be challenging for new and experienced triathletes. The run and bike is an “open course” which means that although law enforcement will be present, the roads will be open to regular vehicular traffic. Both the run and bike has slight elevations changes, but no major hills are present. The swim is in done in a 25M lap pool, where participants will need to swim down and back in each of the 8 lanes. Participants under the age of 15 years old will only be admitted with pre-approval from the Race Director. The Race Director has the right to deny a participant entry into the race if he feels it would be unsafe to do so.
Awards:
Individual - Overall Male / Female, 1st / 2nd / 3rd for the following age groups (19 & Under), (20-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50-59), (60-69), (70+) and Team.

Team - $70.00 before Jan. 27th
$75.00 after Jan. 27th
$10.00 Discount for Active Duty Military. Please email the race director for your discount code before registering for the event.
No Refunds (Rain or Shine).

Shirts:
If you register by Sunday, Jan. 27th, you will receive an event shirt. Registrations after Jan. 27th, MAY not receive a shirt. Please register now to ensure that you receive an event shirt.

Timing:
You will be issued a timing chip with a velcro strap the morning of the event. You must wear your timing chip on your Left ankle during the entire event. For relay teams, you will exchange the timing chip in transition at the location where your bicycle is racked. Failure to return the chip at the finish line will result in a $50.00 Fee.
