Mountain Lake Pow Wow Road Race Sunday, June 16th, 2019

As one of the longest running races in Minnesota, we will be holding our 46th Annual Mountain Lake Road Race this year. Our race is recognized for being well-run and organized. Known for having one of the least expensive registration fees, this Run Mountain Lake event is still able to provide quality t-shirts, chip timing, commemorative medals, fruit, snacks, and other refreshments. The t-shirt is designed by a local artist, ultimately becoming a collectible item for many.

There are unique medals given to the top three finishers in each age group, of each race. The medals reflect the same design printed on the t-shirts. Because the race is held in a small town, many residents of the city will put out sprinklers, set up lawn chairs along the course, and form a large crowd to welcome in the runners. There is also a one or two-mile fitness walk available for all ages.

Volunteer

Volunteers are a major part of our event. Without volunteers we could not provide the caliber of race that we do.
